QSO

${DESI_ROOT}/survey/catalogs/{RELEASE}/QSO/{SPECPROD} host QSO catalogs, given a RELEASE (dr1, dr3…) and given a SPECPROD, named after mountains, e.g. iron for DR1. Normally, we will publish just one SPECPROD per data release.

VERSION is the internal version of the file for the given SPECPROD and RELEASE
